"Your painful past does not have to be a part of your child's fortunate future."
The tongue of a parent is a powerful force that resonates in the ear of a child for his entire lifetime.” No truer words have been spoken. Ms. Copeland reminds us all that we can speak volumes of encouraging words to our children to help them develop and grow into positive and confident adults. Her message comes from real experience!

Hello Christy....yes, highlights so I can remember main points . I went back and read what I highlighted. This is book amazing. It captured me from the beginning to end....I think mostly because I was to find myself in many sections of the book in some way. Trauma happens on so many different levels. Like you said whether you are single, married, divorced....Also, it’s an easy to read.
